Fox Sparrow

Description: The Rocky Mountain race is an uncommon breeder in the high mountains, mostly in extensive willow thickets along rivers and streams, but also occasionally above treeline in stunted willow growth. The eastern race is a rare migrant in easternmost Colorado, most often reported during the late fall.
