Bobolink

Description: A rare breeder at widely scattered locations in northeast Colorado and in northwest Colorado along the Yampa River Valley in Routt and eastern Moffat counties, which is probably their stronghold in Colorado. Usually in fields with tall grass. Also found in a few locations elsewhere in western Colorado, most regularly in the Gunnison Basin, and in the Boulder area.
